Afrinalia Visitor Policy

By submitting this form you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all of the following conditions.

1. Confidentiality. Everything you encounter during your visit — including information about residents, staff, operations, and premises — is strictly confidential. You must not share it with any third party, in any form, at any time.
2. No Photography or Recording. Photographs, videos, voice recordings, or any other form of media capture is strictly prohibited on Afrinalia premises. Mobile phones must be kept silent and stored during visits.
3. Valid Government-Issued ID. You must present a valid, unexpired government-issued ID (National ID, Passport, or Driver's Licence) at the gate on the day of your visit. Failure to produce ID will result in entry being declined.
4. Staff Escort at All Times. Visitors must be accompanied by an authorised Afrinalia staff member throughout their stay. Unaccompanied movement within any facility is not permitted.
5. Advance Notice Required. Requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the planned visit. Same-day and walk-in visits are not accommodated without prior written authorisation.
6. Approved Purpose Only. Visits are permitted for personal, organisational, or programmatic purposes aligned with Afrinalia's mandate. Commercial solicitation, unsolicited services, and fundraising without prior arrangement are not permitted.
7. Conduct Standards. All visitors are expected to treat residents, staff, and volunteers with dignity and respect. Any conduct deemed threatening, disrespectful, or harmful will result in immediate removal from the premises.
8. Right to Decline Entry. Afrinalia reserves the right to decline or rescind entry to any visitor at its discretion, including after prior approval, without being required to provide detailed reasons.
9. Digital Signature. Typing your full legal name in the signature field below constitutes a binding digital acknowledgement of this policy and our non-disclosure terms.
